Welcome to the New York State Council SHRM
Hello Everyone,
As the current State Council Director of New York State SHRM (NYS SHRM), I am looking forward to my two year term and excited to partner with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in further advancing the profession and serving the HR professional. SHRM is the world’s largest organization with over 300,000 members nationwide. NYS SHRM represents 15 local chapters throughout the state.
As your State Council Director, my goal for the next two years is to “Giveback” both to the profession and HR professionals. My Giveback theme includes charitable contributions focused in New York, financial support to the local HR chapters, certification grants, conference attendance opportunities and SHRM Foundation support. I will also strive to Giveback in other ways including kindness, empathy and social support. As we embark on 2021, we will continue to be faced with challenging situations and events. I want to giveback and partner with the chapters throughout the state to be a resource for them as we navigate the months ahead.
Thank you for appointing me as your State Council Director and affording me the opportunity to share my passion and dedication with the remarkable state of New York.
Sincerely,
Kathleen Pascucci, MBA, PHR, SHRM-CP
