Purpose/Mission

The Government Affairs Committee monitors legislative activity affecting the Human Resources Profession and coordinates legislative activities through lobbying, providing speakers, and organizing campaigns designed to initiate legislative input from SHRM Members and SHRM Chapter Members in New York State.
