Welcome to the 2019 NYS SHRM Volunteer Leadership Summit!
The Leadership Summit will be held on Saturday, April 27th from 8 am to 3:30 pm at the Rochester Institute of Technology Conference Center.
ONLY COMPLETE THE BELOW REGISTRATION FORM IF YOU HAVE AN INVITATION FROM A STATE COUNCIL MEMBER OR YOUR LOCAL CHAPTER PRESIDENT. THIS IS AN INVITATION ONLY EVENT.

RESERVATIONS, CUT-OFF, AND CHECK-IN
Individuals are requested to contact the Hotel directly at 585-359-1800 or visit our website at www.ritinn.com for reservations.
Cut-Off Date: Friday, April 5, 2019 Check-In Time: 3:00pm Check-Out Time: 12:00pm
Any reservation received after the cut-off date will be accepted on a space or rate available basis.
In order to expedite check-in, we request all reservations include the following information:
• Arrival and Departure dates • Estimated time of arrival
• Requested room preference (single or double/double, non-smoking) – Every effort will be made to accommodate these requests, however, we cannot guarantee specific room preferences and our inability to be able to meet this request will not be considered a breach of agreement.
• Credit card type, number and expiration date to be used for payment
