Developing 2Day's Employees Into 2Morrow's Managers
    Monday, September 25, 2017 / 10:30 A.M.

DESCRIPTION: Finding top talent continues to be a key focus on HR leaders. One of the greatest resources for finding talent is amongst our employees. Making that leap from employee to manager can be challenging. Performing successfully in their current role does not always prepare an employee for the new reality of managing. One of HR’s key strategies should be investing in their human capital by developing management skills in those interested employees; creating a pipeline of ready managers.

LEARNING OBJECTIVE: To share key insights into the development needs of today’s employees; recommendations on creating programs that will prepare your employees for taking on management roles and creating your own pipeline of leaders.
